Before live sales
Legal & Commercial Compliance
Effective: 27 September 2026
This page records the commercial information currently supported by the codebase and identifies details that the operator must complete or verify before accepting live orders.
Operator details that need confirmation
The website currently uses “PremHouse” as its public trading name. The operator’s legal entity name, registered or principal business address, customer-care phone number, GSTIN or other tax registration, and designated grievance contact are not published in this repository. They should be added here and on the checkout/order documents before live commerce.
No manufacturing, quality, safety, environmental, or other certification is claimed by this website. Any certification, membership, accreditation, or “made in” statement must be supported by a current record before publication.
Current storefront and commercial terms
- The catalogue contains bath towels, chair towels, wall clocks, and custom photo clocks.
- Displayed INR prices, delivery promises, stock status, warranties, and return statements are demo content and require operational approval before being treated as a live offer.
- The checkout stores a masked payment reference and order preview in browser storage. It does not connect to a payment gateway or collect money.
- There is no shipping carrier, warehouse, tax engine, invoice service, or fulfilment provider integrated in this codebase.
Custom photos and customer materials
Custom-clock uploads are selected in the browser and carried with the local cart/order preview. Before accepting a real custom order, the operator should publish image specifications, permitted content, proofing and crop rules, ownership and permission requirements, production lead times, and a process for deleting or returning customer files.
Refunds, cancellations, and returns
The current site does not process a paid order and therefore does not currently issue a refund. The existing shipping and returns screen contains unverified sample statements, including a 30-day window and warranty periods; those statements should not be relied on until the operator confirms them.
Before launch, publish a single process explaining when a customer may cancel, how to request a return or report a defect, who pays return shipping, how personalised items are treated, the inspection timeline, refund method and timeline, replacement/exchange options, and the customer-care contact. The process should be consistent with the final checkout terms and applicable law.
