Privacy Notice

• Account details: name, email address, a salted password hash and sign-in session.
• Shopping details: bag contents, wishlist, saved addresses, order history and product customisation choices.
• Payment preview: cardholder name, expiry and the final four digits. Do not enter a real card in this demonstration storefront.
• Custom-clock images: the image and filename selected by you, stored locally with your bag or order preview.
• Privacy choices: your cookie and browser-storage selection, its version and the time it was made.

We use this information only to provide the feature you request: creating and securing a local account, remembering your bag and preferences, preparing a checkout preview, showing local order history, and responding to an enquiry you choose to send. We do not use optional analytics or advertising trackers at present.

The current site keeps the data above in your browser. It remains there until you remove it, clear your browser data, or use the erasure control below. PremHouse does not currently receive this locally stored data or sell it to third parties. If hosted services, payments, delivery partners or analytics are connected later, this notice and the consent choices must be updated before those services are enabled.

You can ask for a summary of personal data being processed, request correction or completion, ask for erasure where applicable, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. Email privacy@premhouse.in or use Contact us for a privacy request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.

This storefront is intended for adults who can place household orders. Do not create an account or upload a child’s photograph without authority from a parent or lawful guardian. PremHouse uses data minimisation in this prototype and stores passwords as salted hashes; browser storage is still accessible to anyone with access to the device, so use a trusted device and sign out after use.

Send privacy questions, correction or erasure requests, consent-withdrawal requests, and grievances to privacy@premhouse.in. Include “Privacy request” in the subject and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction. If a grievance is not resolved through this process, you may use the remedies available under applicable Indian data-protection law.
